We provide ongoing support, every single week, with no gaps. Whether it’s summer, autumn, or in between, we offer steady, continuous mentorship, activities, and opportunities that ensure teens have the support they need to thrive—not just during breaks, but throughout the entire year.

Mr Sekula - Chair
For the past 10 years, Mr Sekula has been a passionate and hands-on mentor, guiding teens through their personal and academic challenges. With a deep commitment to nurturing the next generation, he has worked tirelessly to provide both individual mentorship and structured programs that focus on life skills, confidence-building, and career guidance. Mr Sekula is dedicated to making sure every teen has a safe space to grow and succeed, ensuring they are equipped with the tools to thrive in the real world.
Mr Rottenberg
With a passion for connecting people and organisations, Mr Rottenberg has played a pivotal role in strengthening networks of support for families and youth across various initiatives. His extensive volunteer and professional experience with respected organisations like Ezra U'Marpeh, Mars, and Shmeichel has equipped him with a deep understanding of community dynamics and the power of collective action. Through his work, Mr Rottenberg has forged valuable partnerships, helping create opportunities for youth and families to access essential resources and services. His focus on building strong, interconnected communities makes him an invaluable asset to Inspire a Teen.
Mr Reichman
With years of experience in helping families overcome personal and financial hardships, Mr Reichman brings a compassionate and practical approach to his role as a trustee. He is deeply committed to supporting families in crisis, understanding that a stable home environment is key to helping teens thrive. Mr Reichman works closely with both parents and teens, offering personalized advice, resources, and mentoring that helps bridge the gap between family challenges and teen success. His approach is rooted in empathy, with a focus on sustainable support that empowers families to move forward.
